The four leadership assessments that I chose were Path-Goal theory, Leader-
Membership Exchange theory, Skills Inventory, and Perceived Leader Integrity Scale. I chose
Path-Goal theory because I was curious to see what type of leadership I used the most and
what type I leadership I didn’t use and need to work on. I wanted to see what situations I use
certain styles and which situation can be better to use a different style. This seemed very

relationship I have with my boss and see what the quality of our relationship is. I wanted to
learn how we communicated together and how I viewed him as a leader. I also wanted to know
if I needed to change how I view my relationships with my leaders and if I needed to change my
attitude. I then chose Skills Inventory because I wanted to see which of the three type of
leadership skills I possess and which of the three I can work to possess. I always viewed myself
as someone with great human skills so I wanted to see what I would score on the other test
areas and how I could improve in those given areas. Lastly, I chose Perceived Leader Integrity
Scale because I wanted to see what my integrity was in an organizational setting and I wanted
