In my perspective, I would say the affirmative action. This action is definitely representing
the meaning of diversity. Ann Morrison mentioned that there are three essential elements
for success: education , enforcement, and exposure. In addition, eight genetic action
options can be used in diversity issues. We can evaluate whether the companies are good
under practicing and what level of success they achieve. While looking at the Xerox and
PWC websites, we find that they demonstrated top models about diversity.
Xerox performs a high level of embracing diversity issues. They recruit people from
different countries with different culture backgrounds bumping out a bunch of distinct
ideas. Therefore, Xerox makes dramatic results to the business. When Ann Morrison talked
about education, one of the key components, she thinks it is an important part for a
company. Xerox educates their staffs on every aspect for diversity issues and policies. The
workers here are also taught to all levels of management. We also observed that the
