Diversity Paper
Diversity is a very broad statement. It includes the differences in people’s race, gender,
heritage, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, backgrounds and so much more. While diversity is
a commonly used term, the way people go about it differs from one another. People’s attitudes
about diversity comes from their beliefs, values, and how they were raised.
People tend to assume that I am just a privileged white girl who gets anything she wants
