MGT 402 Diversity at School and Work
When I am either at school or work there is a large range of diversity. Walking around
campus, there are students of many different cultures. Differences include gender, race, age and
more. I always see people representing their identity and everyone respecting who they are and
not treating them differently. I work at a hardware store and the range of diversity is the same at
college expect smaller. There are more males than females but, are looked at the same. Most of
the time the men do the heavy lifting, but if needed the women will do what it required to help
the customers. Most of the women work in the housewares department while most of the men
work in hardware. However if needed women help in hardware and the men will help in
housewares. I always try to treat everyone the same way no matter who they are. When it come
