Principle one is inclusion being culture safe. Supportive learning environment
(P.4) I feel is the children/students feel safe in the learning environment it will increase
their ability to learn and grow. This will also help them be comfortable to be who they are
and where they came from. Principle two enjoying being with them, being welcoming
having a connection with the students is a big deal. If the teacher doesn’t feel like being
there then the students aren’t going to want to there either. Principle three being
culturally inviting Anti-bias education helps students understand who they. When
students are comfortable who they are they have a better learning experience. When
student see pictures of people who look like them is motivating to them. Principle four is
believing in the students having a positive social identities motivates a person to be
better then, but when you get acknowledge for it a student will achieve positive
distinctiveness. If we don’t believe they won’t believe in themselves.
Principle five is learning styles, learning how to accommodate different culture
difference, and learning difference. Being in diverse world (P.14) educators has to be
sensitive to student’s different forms of learning or how they learn. In some culture is all
about learning from textbook, some believe in hands in learning. Principle six is
classroom control is having tough love; students have to know who the person in charge
is at all times. The adult has to be the role model. We have to respect ourselves so we can
respect others. Prejudice (P.4) a teacher should be the last person to be prejudice,
students look up to us if they don’t have adult or role model at home. Principle seven is
student center learning, educators have notice the students learn best from one another,
