Abstract
This paper examines the way uber has been impacted by our society and to other businesses. In
this paper, I will examine the Uber company on how it came to be. I will review the benefits the
company has had over the past couple of years, and the requirements for the drivers to be
certified. I will evaluate the company’s needs assessment needs and the steps they took to make
their business successful. I will also discuss how it has affected other businesses. I will review
how it connects to the information we have been learning in class for the past six weeks and it
relates to them. And lastly, I will provide information about how society has benefited and also
had a bad impact on the uber.
