I believe that opening a Christian coffee house would be a great way for Christians to
fellowship with like minds while enjoying a nice cup of joe. I believe that a Limited Liability
Company (LLC) would be an ideal business structure that can coincide with the business goals.
Kubasek, Browne, Barkacs, Herron, and Dhooge stated that, “A relatively new, and very
popular, form of business organization in the United States is the limited liability company
(LLC), an unincorporated form of business organization that many people see as combining the
most advantageous features of partnerships and corporations.” (Kubasek, Browne, Barkacs,
Herron, & Dhooge, 2016) The owners of LLCs are called members. They can manage the day-
to-day operations of the business or they can hire others to do so. In an LLC, anyone can be a
member and there can be an unlimited number of members. Corporations can also be members
as well. LLCs are free from the reporting requirements to the state that are a must for
