Values
“If you don’t stick to your values when they are being tested, they’re not values: they’re hobbies”
As an entrepreneur there are always values to have been instilled in order to make sure
the success of the company is as high as it can be. A few values to highlight are bravery, trust,
and in my opinion the most important would be the owner’s reputation. In addition, in 2021 I
believe quality is also an important value to look at simply because the quality of projects and in
Weaver’s case books, is what drives more customers to see what you have to offer. In the
examples I give later in the reading, you can see that both individuals make it their mission to
keep these values in mind while working diligently to produce the next big visual for the public. I
believe these values are a main reason why something as devastating as the Coronavirus
wasn’t able to stop the things both Weaver and Miller are trying to get done. “Whatever things
you go through, you stay true to who you are and your core values.”(Sophie Trudeau). This is a
quote that I thought would be applicable to this assessment. Throughout all walks of life there
will be obstacles that each of us must pass through. In order to stay strong in life we must
understand and hold on dearly to our values as each individual. Having values and goals drive
