Ladies and gentlemen, these days, overwhelming on the
social media are thousands of demands of giving out
statements of many influencers’ social activities, that the
vital transparency of financial issues is more and more
emphasized. In this case, I put it in the office environment
with the aim of making it wholesome and bring positive
developments for the companies and employees.
Before I move on to the arguments, I would like to set up
the foundation of the issue. Let’s begin with the definition
of “salary”. “Salary” is the legal money being paid each
period of a particular time by the employers for the staff.
And to ‘disclose’ is to show something to the public, no

worker performs more effectively than the others can
result in a higher salary.
And because of that variation, it requires the companies
to bring employee salaries to light. With this affirmative, I
have two statements and I will discuss the second one in
the next turn.

Now let’s start with the first of all, the transparency of
salary will increase the loyalty of the employee towards
the firm.
Why? Because it will build trust between boss and staff.
It’s a winwin deal, which means that both sides
contribute and both receive the profits. The companies
offer the job opportunity and the reward while the
employees offer back their work, their intellect and their
reliability.
Moreover, because of the employees’ hard work, they
have the right to know whether the others’ salaries are
