The purpose of this letter is due to the application for Diplomacy major in National
Cheng Chi University. I managed to finish my first semester under Public Finance
Department and have been studying under the same department up to this moment.
I am currently active as a member of National Cheng Chi University Youth
Association of International Conference, and president of English Debate Society.
Firstly, as a person, we often debate on the definition of true human. Some of us
stated that justice is the reflection from an implementation of independent deeds
which are being done toward other party. The way we treat people equally makes us
understand the gist of humanity. On the other hand, other perspective declare that
justice does not mean giving everything on same portion for everyone. Instead of
considering the quantities which are needed for every single person. For instance,
the amount of salary tax among citizens will not be the same. Thus, how do we
response on these issues, such as famine and poverty, still exist as a stigma of some
country and there are some party that being propagated? Those are several acts to
declare that the real truth is being covered whether through third party intervention
