Calls upon increasing the ICTs usage among countries such as but not limit to :
Introducing the newest technology through public communication mechanism, such as but
not limited to communication media;d
Decreasing the cost of ICTs not only the purpose of specializing in ICT development but
also collaborating via technology sharing;
Encourages citizens’ willingness to learn the newest technology by :
Providing scholorship for the students who finish the new technologies lectures;
Enlarging the Implementation of One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) program to increase more
laptop users and it could be execute parallel with building Information Center for
managing computers’ services;
Emphasizing more on the importance of new technology learning;
Offering economic supports for students facing economic difficulties in exchange with the
teaching in rural shools for a period;
Collabarates with APC(Association for progressive communications) to communiactes and
initiate for meanungful contributions to equitble human developmet,social justice
,participatory political process and enviromental sustanability;
Calls upon every nation which need to be assisted by the other countries proposed their
demand on eliminating digital divide and the superiority or potential growth in order to
developed countries supporting the proper assistant, encourages countries to build good
bondaries among nations and helping other countries that is identical situation;
Considers the cooperation with NGOs, NPOs, and private sectors to solve the digital
divide issue:
Works with NPOs such as but not limit to ‘Close the Gap’ to solve specific problems on
