Who is the most effective communicator and why?
According to my interpretation of the Case study, I believe that Mr Sharma is the most
effective communicator because of the approach that Mr Sharma had while dealing with the
situation. Let’s start by analysing the instance when Mr Sharma entered the situation very
politely by greeting Mr Oberoi and asking him if he could help him in any way. This shows
us that Mr Sharma is very serious about his work and knows when and how to intervene in a
situation. The next observation which proves the effectiveness of Mr Sharma in the case is his
skills of asking the right questions at the right time and in the right manner. This inference is
made because when Mr Oberoi mentioned that a couple of his friends pointed out that there
was something wrong with the design of the shoe, Mr Sharma was quick to ask a very
relevant and logical question that whether he noticed the issue with the design while buying
