Delta was founded in 1924 as a pesticide spraying company which later in 1928 changed
the name to Delta Airlines with additional services of passenger traffic. Later in 1941, the
company headquarters moved to Atlanta. Delta Air lines is a combination of several airlines and
the third largest in USA currently, being the only American airline offering services to Africa so
far.
Delta Airlines covers parts of North America, Asia, Middle East, South America,
Australia, Europe and Caribbean while operating both domestically and internationally. The
company has flights to all continents with recently started flights in Los Angeles and Sydney
except Antarctica. They have undertaken constant innovation and offer new flights opening that
offer business class and offering quality services that competes successfully with civil aviation.
