The letters in the acronym LAMP stand for logic, analytics, measures, and process. These four
components are part of a system that drives tactical transformation and structural efficiency.
Without logic, it is very unclear as to where to look for understanding about what the
numbers suggest. Well-grounded logic, helps leaders outside from HR
to grasp and use the systems to improve the talent-related decisions they must
make. Analytics translates HR logic and measures into finical, significant insights. While
