Death Penalty
The death penalty is a very diverse topic range of criticism. The death penalty has been
implemented throughout history and caused major controversial throughout history, dating back to the
late 1600s. Most people question if the death penalty unconstitutional? or is someone who took
someone’s life-giving up their unconstitutional rights. There are many pros and cons to having the death
penalty.
