Lab 07: The Case of the Missing Money Envelope
lass is about to end when the teacher notices that an envelope full of school vending
machine money that was sitting on the corner of her desk is now missing. Most of her
students are pretty good kids, but there are a few who have chronic discipline problems. She’s
sure one of those students has taken the money but can’t be sure which one. If she doesn’t do
something now, the money may never be found. What should she do? List three specific
actions.
Example: Punish all students.
1) Notify all students of the situation while reassuring that she is not trying to blame
anyone but if maybe someone picked up the envelope on accident to please
return it now or everyone will be kept after class until the envelope is found.
2) Notify students about the situation and asks all students to show her their
backpacks to be able to leave the classroom.
3) Call security guard and explain what is going on and if the money doesn’t come
