Advise Shania on which of the business forms under consideration best accomplishes her

Shania is thinking about opening a Christian coffeehouse near Denver Colorado. Shania
has a group of individuals in mind to help open this business. Also, Shania has brought in
someone that is not a Christian to help bring diverse in the new operation. The expected name of
this coffeehouse is “The Gathering Place”. This is a perfect name for a place where one can sit
and interact with other people while having a drink of coffee. This would generate more people
in business because of the great atmosphere. However, there is one key decision that Shania has
