Day2Night
Day2Night is a shoe made to change the fashion industry. It is a product that is made to
help wearing heals more convenient and more comfortable. The product idea has been tried
before but has a chance to be different. The product is an interchangeable heal. It is a shoe that
can have the heal changed out to the desire height. This makes it easier for women to wear heals
longer.
Day2Night first started in idea generation, the first stage in the new product development
process. The definition of idea generation is “the systematic search for a new product (Marketing
an Introduction,2017).” Day2Night used this stage to come up with a problem in society and
attempt to fix it. The problem is spending long periods of time in heals cause pain to the foot.
