Dancer’s Recovery Life!
For an injured dancer, the most important part is the recuperation. This process has three
important and basic components: the effective treatment, the proper nutrition, and final
step leading the patient to a full recovery. I will describe how all these processes work in
the most effective manner.
Effective treatment is the most difficult part. When a dancer gets injured, the dancer must
seek medical treatment immediately. The doctor will exam the injury and diagnose the
problem. Once the physician has a confirmed diagnosis he/she will provide the patient

receive instructions by the doctor to stop all physical activity for a period of time, which is
the key to an effective, fast, and successful recuperation.
Proper nutrition is an important factor in a dancer’s recovery. Dancers burn many calories
during their training; calories they need to recover after work outs. Good nutrition starts
with eating healthy. Dancers should include the following in their diet. Vegetables, fruits,
white meat, seeds and good carbohydrates. Vitamins supplements are strongly
recommended. The body cannot produce its own vitamins, therefore dancers must get
