a. Does this whole philosophy of CRM really apply to CWU?
I believe that the philosophy of CRM applies to CWU very much, and I am living proof! CWU’s
successful CRM practices are the main reason I have been able to continue my education. After
spending three years earning an ATA in a field in which I had no interest and no real chance of
ever making a decent living, CWU provided me the opportunity to earn a bachelor degree (which
I had relinquished hope for a long time ago). I did not think it would ever be possible to apply my
