The development of health care policy is being influenced because of the cost
considerations. Improvement in health science and the delivery of care continue to broaden the
ability of treatments. Whether or not countries can pay the cost for this type of care from their
resources is a subject that is regular discussed. What is intriguing to me is that Europe has greater
