Re: Negligence Requirements and Potential Defenses To Myra’s Claim
I am writing to discuss the alleged claims against our company and Candie (model) by
Myra in connection to the fashion show incident. As you may have heard, Myra was hit in the
face by Candie’s shoe when she tripped on the runway carpet. This caused Myra to suffer from
cuts to her face as well as a broken nose. Myra is looking to sue CARDWARE for negligence, as
well as Candie for her role in the injuries sustained.
