Cowspiracy Essay
Two of the biggest concerns facing today’s modern world are climate change and sustainability.
Agencies such as Greenpeace and The Sierra Club cite natural gas and coal mining, CO2 emissions,
and water waste as the sources of environmental degradation, in Kip Anderson’s documentary
Cowspiracy, Anderson’s central claim is that animal agriculture is the proprietary cause of environment
destruction, and is the most detrimental force acting upon the planet today.
One of the ways in which this claim about animal agriculture is supported in Cowspiracy is by
