After reading the School of Business I found out that they have approximately 2,100
students enrolled at one time. The university want to ensure that their diverse group of student

are satisfied with their programs and services. So they decide to do a research on the graduate
and undergraduate students to get their feedback to see what improvements need to be made.
In this case there were many issues that may contribute to students’
satisfaction/dissatisfaction with their education experience. The thing that attract the student is a
low-cost road to obtaining degree, a national reputation, and a quality among students. But they
also have weaknesses such as lack of advisors/support facilities/undergraduate advising, the
availability of the class, and lack of computers for students to use.
I feel that the questionnaire they have is very thoroughly, but at the same time it doesn’t
have all information needed to obtain the students’ overall satisfaction with their undergraduate
degree program. For one, there were no “zero” option(s) and there was no need to ask for the
