How consumer behavior will be changed.” Alexis Blue, University Communications, also wrote
a highly informative article covering consumer behavior changes as well due to Covid. As we
move forward from this pandemic, we will all start to see an increase in virtual workforce. Due
to this increase we will now start to see more people working from home. More consumers are
now using digital to play, learn, and connect. People are shopping more consciously buying
local. Customers behaviors, purchasing habits, and attitudes have changed due to Covid. It
should not come to any surprise if many of these new ways as we have seen will remain the same
for our future. According to Wright (2020), “The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally
changed the world as we know it” (p. 1).
