Chief Complaint: The patient, is a 17-year-old male, presents for an
imaging dropping appointment today. He saw Dr. Connerly yesterday. His
fracture of the humerus shaft with intraocular extension had healed, and he
was discontinued from the use of the humeral fracture brace.
History of Present Illness: The patient was at school today, walking to his
locker. Apparently, there was some type of tornado drill, and he fell while
going out to participate in the drill. He had severe pain in his elbow and arm
at the time. He reported to the school nurse who called his mother. He has
been resting his arm on a pillow and says it fells better now, but he stills has
