Constitutional Interpretation
(1) The option that best describes my political philosophy is “somewhat liberal”. (2) The option
that best describes my view is” Definitely living Constitution”. In my opinion the words in the
constitution mean something different to people today than they would have meant 100 or 200
years ago, it is the current meaning that should be weighted the most (Strauss, 2010). It is
almost impossible to compare the world that we live in to the one back in the 19th century.
