Yumcha.Com.Au is a social networking site with Asian-Australian community. Mardi Tan, a
young enthusiastic entrepreneur put her dreams into reality by creating Yumcha 1.0 in
2000.Yumcha.com is a perfect model of E-Commerce. This site was created when E-commerce
was just born and was in the process of evolving itself. My analysis of the case study seeks to
identify the growing pains and constraints which E-Commerce businesses like Yumcha.com goes
through and identify the possible solutions and recommendations on how to maintain the
competitive advantage and simultaneously earn revenue to survive and keep evolving.
