Conflict Assignment
The conflict management style that I corresponded best with throughout this questionnaire
was collaborating. I tend to express above average assertiveness and cooperation when
dealing with others, which is definitely something that I can agree with. I like to stand firm
on my own decisions, but also like to take into consideration how others may feel. I am
very much a peoples’ person and enjoy satisfying others almost just as much as myself. I
am not a very confrontational person so I feel like the questionnaire result fit me perfectly.
Being able to be in a setting with others that can help my creative process flow better
works for me.
I feel like having a collaborating spirit has helped me in many situations. When things
usually tend to take a negative turn, my positive mindset and attitude helps mellow things
out. I weigh all the pros and cons based on how I feel but also on how others’ may feel
about it. Some people prefer not to have that mindset and base everything solely off
themselves, which does not always give positive outcomes. I do agree with making
decisions on your own and not caring about what others may think or say about it,
however that can also come across as negative. It very much depends on the type of
