Service Learning Write-up
I spent my service learning at two different places. The first place was at railroad park on
the second Friday of class. Most our class came out to help. We serviced the parks department of
Birmingham. We all spent time cleaning up Railroad Park. Half of us started pulling up the cat
tails that had grown along the ponds of the park. The other half of go into the ponds and cleaned
up algae buildup. I would definitely do this again and would recommend to other students. I
