Introduction: Ethical behavior is very important in today’s society. People all over the world
are affected by unethical behavior, not only at work but in their personal life as well. At any
level of employment ethical decisions can help or hurt the company. While there are plenty of
ethical people, there are many forms and ways to be unethical. An obvious way to minimize
unethical behavior is to lead people in the right way. With the right skills a manager can get the
most out of their employees and this can often get rid of unethical behaviors.
