Compensating Differentials
There are many jobs around us nowadays. Some jobs require a lot of skills
and training. Some jobs need a degree and others jobs need experiences. I have met
a lot of people with different classes, and of course they do different type of jobs.
There are some underground jobs that can earn a lot of money. It creates bad
habits for people. Some of those jobs are legal, and the rest are illegal. I am not
playing in that underground market, so I am not sure how those jobs work or look
like. However, I know that people earn a lot of money through those jobs, and that
kind of jobs are what I never do no matter how much I get paid.
I think job market nowadays is a mix of overpaid and underpaid. Overpaid
people usually consider as actors, singers, or well-known models. In other words,
celebrity people receive overpaid. Graduated people getting overpaid sometimes
when they get promoted or they have many years experience in a specific job. For
example, my cousin graduated with a 4-year nurse degree, and started with a
