Comparing the Two Slaves Trades
Slavery was a period of time when owners acquire minorities to their bidding. When
having a conversation about slavery, the most considered race when it comes to slavery are
African Americans. Other races such as Asians and Hispanics were also slaves. Slaves were
assigned to work wherever their master prefer them to be. By law, slaves were considered
property and were under the rights of a free person. Slavery allow slave owners to gather slaves
and to use them for labor. Slaves were acquired through kidnapping, birth, debtors, and also
prisoners. With moving slaves from country to country, diaspora became common in each and
every country.
