In the articles “Anyone Need a Friend?” by Libby Copeland and “Saturday Night You’re
All Alone? Maybe You Need a Cyberdate.” by Beth Brophy I found Brophy’s article to be the
better one between the two. Copeland claims that “no fate is worse than being alone,” so she
implies that being with people is good, and that Craigslist can bring people together, so
Craigslist is good. Brophy implies that being able to screen potential dates before dating in
person is good, and that cyberdating can screen potential dates before dating in person, so
cyberdating is good. In Brophy’s article she cites many professional and credible people to
