I read a management article today and I realized capitalism as a moral system in manager
eyes, it has always had an explicit moral framework. It has been shown to be incredibly
effective in leading to economic growth.
In the development of national in recent years, in the prevailing view of the free market,
but why to preserve capitalism is because capitalism delivers on certain normative goals,
manager try their best to shift their ethical framework in order to preserve the system of
capitalism itself. Capitalism tends to be self –correcting in free market to keep their
economic growth. Manager’s mission to add texture to the dominant ethical framework of
the market, it can help capitalism has an important status in free of market.
Harvard business school’s Rebecca M Henderson and karthik ramana argue that managers
should to preserve capitalism. It can be an important rule as a guide of the market economy
