Ethos is a form of credibility in writing that helps to set the tone of the paper and estab-
lish a form of trustworthiness within the written material. You are trying to persuade the reader
into believing your cause and convince them to feel like you do about the subject at hand. The
word ethos came from the Greek with the meaning of character. Going deeper into the meaning
