C. I am a daughter before everything. They have always supported me in everything I have done.
I strive each and every day to be the daughter they deserve. I try my best to help them with
everything they need. Whether it being something small like picking something up for the store
or taking them to a doctor’s appointment so they will not have to drive and go alone. Next I am
a granddaughter. My parents have taught me and shaped me into the person I have become.
They have made me the strong willed and independent person I strive to be. Next I am a
granddaughter. I have learned so much from them. They have taught me that family means
everything. I am the family oriented person I am because of the love they have always showed
for family. Next I am a volunteer firefighter. I have been a member of a Volunteer Fire
Department for over a year now. Just by being an active member for the short time I have I have
saw a change in my life I never expected to see. I see life in a different light. I do my best every
day to be courageous and strong to help those in need. I have developed a love for people
greater than I have ever imagined. Lastly I am a student at Big Sandy Community and Technical
College. While I think education is one of the most important things in life it has fallen last on my
list but it isn’t because I don’t think it is important. I am very serious and devoted to furthering
