The process of loss and bereavement is a process whereby one losses his/her beloved one
ones. This is a very difficult situation because it may cause anger, guilty, frustrated,
sadness, anxiety and other negative feelings. This may lead to the mourning of the people
who have lost the diseased (Grey 2010). This is a natural process, and it must happen to
each and everyone and there is no way of avoiding it.
As a health profession, sometimes it is very difficult when you get a patient from your own
family and during the treatment season he/se passes away. For instance, I had such a
situation when in the hospital, my only brother fell sick and was admitted in the hospital
that I worked. I took much care for him as far as medication is concerned, but my brother
passed away despite the much effort I applied in giving him my professional care. This
was a very difficult situation, and I had to cope with.

he/she will take the advice given by friend, relatives and other people who will counsel
him or her, and this will help much in comforting one about the dead person.
A person can also to opt to take a humble time out and have a walk out to free up the mind.
This can be either going to one of the refreshing places were one likes and just enjoying
there with other friends to flash out the moment of the dead person from the mind. It can
also involve going to a public places and avoid staying alone because this may boost up
the bad feeling and can initiate the missing of the dead person. Always when in depressive
situation avoid staying in lonely places, which give your mind a chance to start thinking
about that situation.
The other option may be asking for assistance from other people. This will include friends,
religious leaders, trained counselors and other people of your choice. Once the problem is
