I will be informing my spectators on how to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and how it will
improve their opportunities for employment in transportation. Within my essay I will be covering
qualifications such as requirements and what type of vehicle you will like to operate if you are interested.
I will be covering the pros and cons of having a Commercial Driver’s License. Reading this essay will
inform people of the wonderful opportunities of driving and the high demand for drivers in the field of
transportation.
The process of obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). You will need to already have a state
license where you currently are living. Be at least the age of 18 to drive in state and 21 years of age to
drive out of state. You have to perform a written test in order to obtain your license. The written test is 50
questions and you must score at least 80 percent to pass. After you have pass the written test you will
receive your learners but however you must hold it for 14 days before you can take the road test. The
road test is broken down into parts. You must know inside and outside, air brake test if you would like to
