Thank you, Jas. Hello my name is Sasha, and today I will talking to you about the
risks and drawbacks of using live chat in the workplace. Live chat is very useful
service that is important for companies. However, there are some downsides
when it comes to it. So what are the risks and drawbacks of live chat?
First risk is defamation. Defamation is when you falsely accuse someone and try
to destroy their reputation. There are two forms of defamation. Libel and Slander.
Libel is false accusations by using writing, images or broadcasting and slander is
expressing false accusations by voice. This is a legal risk and is a serious offence.
Next up is invasion of privacy. You think that when your talking to a person on live
