Throughout this book I have enjoyed reading most of the chapters, I learned a lot from
some of them and the skills that I learned from this class are going to stay with me for the
rest of my life. The chapter I felt a stronger connection to, was chapter 2, Time. I believe it
is the chapter that helped me grow as a student the most from this class. It thought me so
many techniques and skills to effectively manage my time. For me, the chapters that I
found the least practical were both chapter 10 and 11, Money and Health. I felt those two
chapters were not of great use to me as I think they are not really a good fit for this class
even though they are both a very big important part of our lives. I think that if you have
money problems you either have to get a job and adjust your school schedule around it, or
apply for all the economic aid you can get from the school and or the government. The
same feeling I get from chapter 11, health is nothing to learn from a book, if one is got a
problem regarding your health, he should go to a doctor the moment he feels it. One of the
most important skills that I learned from this course is to set goals, short term goals, long
term goals, the objective is to picture yourself accomplishing something in a future. The
