Cody Dunham was born on December 31, 1990, with mild intellectual and developmental
disability, mild cerebral Palsy, clubbed Feet, depression, emotional disturbance, congenital
moronic dystrophy. Cody has a hard time functioning with reasoning, leading and problem
solving skills due to the numerous disabilities he was born with. These handicaps affect his
everyday life by challenging him more than the average person. The disabilities listed above will
