All principles set forth by management are intended to serve as a basis for ethical
decision-making in the workplace to ensure our staff members always act in the best interest of
our company and guests. All employees are to be in compliance with all laws and regulations set
forth by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and local governments. You are

Key Principles:
I. Food and Health Safety:
a) FOOD SAFETY: ADI Krumb has a firm commitment to adhering to food and allergy
safety protocols. Employees are required to familiarize themselves with the food handler’s
certification manual policies on food handling and storage, cross-contamination, employee
hygiene, the five major food borne illnesses and potential allergens on premises, within the first
thirty days of employment to be in compliance with Florida state laws.
b) HEALTH SAFETY: Adequate rest and time off is essential to employee health.
Supervisors will never schedule staff to work early-morning shifts immediately after late-night
shifts. No staff will be assigned a double shift more that two days in a seven-day time frame.
Daily work breaks will be given in accordance with federal labor laws at time slots agreed upon
with your supervisors and management.
