As the CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill I would like to talk about some areas of the
company’s code of conduct that are important to the way Chipotle Mexican Grill conducts
business. Steps the company should take to ensure employees are following the code of conduct.
And ways the company can participate in and provide socially responsive activities for the
community.
The code of conduct in whole is important to the way we here at Chipotle Mexican Grill
conduct business. With that being said there are a few key areas that we want to focus on today.
The first area is the Ethics and conflicts of interest policy. What is conflict of interest? Conflict
of interest is an action or relationship that could impair an employee’s ability to make fare and
