seamlessly. In order to maintain its position in the market worldwide to make it become
largest beverage company continuously, the Coca-Cola’s company has established six
strategic priorities and it has built these into every aspect of its business successfully. The
first strategy is accelerating the growth of carbonated soft drinks and this is successfully
led by Coca-Cola brand. The second strategy is increasing the types of products to achieve
different needs and wants of the customers. For example are bottled water, tea, coffee,
juices and energy drinks. The third strategy is delivering the grow system profitability &
capability together with the bottlers. The fourth strategy is to serve customer in creative
way so that Coca-Cola’s company can set up their business in everywhere. The fifth
strategy is making the investment in clever way for achieving the market growth. The sixth
strategy is driving efficiency & cost effectiveness by using technology and large scale
production to control costs enabling our people to achieve extraordinary results.
