Statement
Initial PVS of coachee was vague and
open ended. Helped in narrow into
down to a more concreate and
actionable vision statement.
PVS was formulated taking into
consideration his personality and
psychographic traits.
I want to become a Social Reformer
and an Educator who works towards
eradicating Gender discrimination and
empowering women by educating
them.
Coach helped me create a PVS which
took all the aspects of vision, Mission
and Values into consideration.
BHAG – Goal
Setting
Helped align his BHAG with his PVS
and values.
Ensured that BHAG fit the Classic

Want to be known as the New Gen
