Types of residents in a nursing home
Over the past year I have been in and out of nursing homes; for school, for work, and for
family. During that year I spent time with various types of residents. The first category would be
the residents who are completely independent. Then there are the residents who do not realize
that they need some help. The third would be the ones who are totally dependent on their care
team–the care team is a group of health care members that work to provide the care needed for
