City Council
The City Council was to oversee a property that Bob and Shirley Jones gave to the city. The city
may use this property as they wish as long as they abide by three guidelines the (suspected couple)
placed. One of which was that the council must accept the property within three months of the claim (by
September 1st the latest). Second, the purpose of the use must be decided by September 1st and lastly, if
leased, sold or donated it must “benefit the quality of life for the community.”
After careful consideration and a thorough investigation of the plans for the use of the property;
we the council, have decided (upon census) that the best use for the donated property would be to build a
gas station. This decision took approximately about 32 minutes of discussing the least harmful possible
outcome of use for the property. Based upon the criteria of the other options.
