Abstract:
This paper explains how executing a new Organizational IT change enhances
operational measurements. Cisco an IT Network and Data Center Services (NDCS) based
association picked to roll out an improvement with it beforehand utilized model of Life cycle to a

Introduction:
Cisco IT Network and Data Center Services (NDCS) was aiming to enhance its IT
Services and Resources while decreasing costs and enhancing productivity with efficiency. Like
most IT giants of similar enterprises, NDCS followed a conventional hierarchical structure which
was the reason for slowing of business; Staff members were doing both implementation and
Operational tasks. Due to the lack of co-ordination and unplanned process there were
duplications and inconsistencies within the office.
NDCS of Cisco Advanced Services Network involved Accessibility Improvement
Services association (NAIS) to study on the current situation to know the areas for change, after
which NAIS came up with the changes that can be implemented and how this can be preceded
using ORMA report.
