The Illusion of A Good Person
Everyone is entitled to their own views of what it means to be a “good” person, and in the
short story A Good Man is Hard to Find, written by Flannery O’Connor this is exactly what the
reader finds out. While some readers may push that because of her “good intentions” the
grandmother is a fine and dandy woman, however, the opposite is true when taking a closer look.
Throughout the story we are shown that the grandmother is annoying and in a sense unwanted,
